AFTER AUDITIONS
● Results Notification: If a dancer receives an invitation to join the company team, they will receive their results individually via email, text, in person, or all three methods. Results will be sent by the second week of July.
● Placement Decisions: Placement for all groups, duets, trios, and solos will be made by the audition panel. Please respect the placement decisions and understand that the teachers have your child’s best interest in mind. Placement is based on many factors, and the teaching panels' decisions are final.
● Communication: Please do not call for results or discuss results with the teachers and staff. A lot of time and thought is put into team selection, and all dancers will be placed fairly.
IMPORTANT DATES:
● Company Parent Meeting: There will be a required parent company meeting (both new and returning) be there to learn about the changes this upcoming year! Date and Time TBD
● Contract Signing: This is where we will discuss all the costs, payment breakdowns, competition schedule, and your dancer will take their Company Signing Picture! Please make sure to bring your family calendar and any dates you already know your dancer will be unavailable for company things. Date and Time TBD
● July Summer Intensive: July 6th-10th, 2026: The Company Summer Intensive is a mandatory requirement for all company members. However, dancers who attend one full week of a studio-approved outside intensive (such as Joffrey Ballet or similar) are only required to attend one week of our in-studio intensive.
